This champagne is the expression of Premier Cru Chardonnay harvested exclusively from the Côte des Blancs. Its lovely floral character lends itself to drinking as an aperitif but it is light enough to be served throughout a meal and is particularly good with starters and fish dishes.
Because it is made exclusively from Premier Cru Chardonnay grapes, it is very fresh on the palate.
The Blanc de Blancs is an attractive yellow with silver hues and delicate, elegant white flower and yellow fruit aromas on the nose.
