A distinctive rosé champagne of a rare elegance. The good honest flavour reflects the predominance of Pinot Noir, which blends perfectly with the very small quantity of Chardonnay.
The 90% Pinot Noir adds finesse while the 10% Chardonnay contributes lovely citrus and brioche notes.
Its vibrant pink and coppery colour and fine fizz are instantly pleasing on the eye. A fusion of red fruit and toasty notes on the nose and palate reveal a marked freshness and maturity.
